Established in 2014, Calterah Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd, (hereinafter referred to as “Calterah”) is a global leader in designing and developing CMOS single-chip millimeter-wave (mmWave) radar sensors. Calterah in 2017 mass-produced the world’s first CMOS 77/79 GHz mmWave radar transceiver for automotive use, pioneering in breaking into the automotive OEM market. In 2019, Calterah took the lead again to launch SoC products with radar signal processing baseband, fully innovating the development and implementation of mmWave radar sensors that are easier to use and more compact with strong performance. Adhering to automotive-grade reliability, safety, and security, Calterah has been continuously reinforcing its SoC development system, by attaining the ISO 9001 Quality Management Certification, ISO 26262 Functional Safety Management Certification, ISO/SAE 21434 Cybersecurity Management Certification, and ISO 27001 Information Security Management Certification. Our products meet the reliability requirements of AEC-Q100, and the SoC products containing computing units, in particular, reach automotive safety integrity level-B (ASIL-B), with chip basic software achieving ASPICE Capability Level 2. As of today, Calterah has cooperated with over 20 car OEMs and empowered 150 plus passenger vehicle models with its mmWave radar SoCs, with the accumulative IC shipments exceeding 7,000,000 units.

Headquartered in Zhangjiang, Shanghai, Calterah now also has R&D and technical support centers in Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Suzhou, and Beijing and operation offices in Hong Kong and Munich.
