On April 14, Automobil Industrie of Vogel China held the 2021 International Forum on Revolution and Innovation of Automotive Electronics and an awarding ceremony was given to recognize outstanding persons and enterprises in innovation, among which Calterah was honored with the Fastest-Growing Enterprise Award.

To award persons and enterprises with active contribution to the revolution and innovation in the automotive electronics industry, and promote the progress of the industry, Automobil Industrie set up three awards, Leading Enterprise, Fastest-Growing Enterprise and Elite Figure, and initiated the selection process in Feb. 2021 through ways like online voting. Calterah as an emerging player in the mmWave radar chip field brought itself under the spotlight and won the Fastest-Growing Enterprise Award.

Calterah, a global leader in designing and developing CMOS single-chip mmWave radar sensors, mass-produced the world’s first CMOS 77/79-GHz mmWave RF front-end radar-on-chip for automotive use, and in 2019 rolled out SoC products with radar signal processing baseband, which brought revolutionary changes to the development of mmWave radar sensors. Later on it productized the Antenna-in- Package (AiP) technology and also achieved the mass production of the AiP products, accelerating the general applications of mmWave radar in auto markets.

With the vision of “Make Millimeter-Wave Serve Everyone”, Calterah is and will always be dedicated to the development and design of mmWave radar chips and providing comprehensive reference designs, which will reduce the R&D efforts and time of customers and thus accelerate the productization. Going forward, Calterah shall continue to increase its R&D investment and provide a larger portfolio of easier-to-use, lower-power products and solutions.
