Responsibilities

• Support customers (Global Tier-1s) in Calterah product evaluation & design-in activities
• Help customers develop their applications with Calterah products, and support customers for the best quality
• Promote Calterah products and system-level solutions to customers based on their requirements
• Track key project status and coordinate resources to drive projects forward through mass production
• Gather customers’ feedback on Calterah products and information of industry technical trends for product optimization
• Organize and present workshops and training sessions to customers
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers on the technical side at our customers

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• 2 or more years of working experience as FAE, AE, or a similar role
• Work experience in a global automotive Tier-1 would be a benefit
• Experience in embedded systems, signal processing, and RF is preferred
• Familiar with analog and digital systems, with strong ability to debug on system level paired with problem-solving skills and ability
• Experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOSs) (e.g., FreeRTOS, AUTOSAR OS).
• Familiar with Bootloader, Board Support Package (BSP), and firmware update mechanisms.
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW) modules and MCAL.
• Familiarity with ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) and ASPICE compliance.
• Expertise in embedded C/C++ for low-level driver debugging (GPIO, SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, Ethernet, etc.) is preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in an FAE & Sales team
• High-level of self-discipline, initiative, and proactivity
• Strong customer communication skills and German/English speaking & writing
