Radar Algorithm Intern

Responsibilities

  • Designing, simulating and verifying the algorithms for radar signal processing;
  • Optimizing algorithms based on analog and digital design and assisting digital actualization of the algorithms;
  • Participating in the design of radar system firmware.

Requirements

  • PhD or master students majoring in Communications Engineering or Electric Engineering;
  • Proficient in digital signal processing;
  • Skilled in C++/Python;
  • Familiarity with radar signal processing;
  • Knowledge of the development of embedded micro-processing software;
  • Knowledge of RTL design.
  • At least 3 days a week for 6 months or longer.

Analog IC Design Intern

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing CMOS key transceiver blocks;
  • Performing simulation and participating in layout and testing of the transceiver IC;
  • Being able to work in a team and meet scheduled deadlines.

Requirements

  • PhD or master students majoring in Microelectronics;
  • Solid understanding in basic analog;
  • Solid experience in analog-related design, such as for various data converters (ADC/DAC), VGA, electric filter and PLL;
  • Basic IC layout skill is a must;
  • Testing/debugging knowledge to devise test plans and design of high testability;
  • Ability to do behavior modelling using Matlab, Simulink or Verilog;
  • At least 3 days a week for 6 months or longer.

mmWave IC design Intern

Responsibilities

  • Architecting and designing mmWave circuits such as PA/LNA/Mixer/Driver/Frequency Multiplier/VCO in advanced CMOS process nodes for various sensing applications;
  • Designing and modeling of mmWave passive structures including inductors, transformers, transmission lines in advanced CMOS nodes;
  • Performing highly accurate mmWave circuit measurements using probe station and other high frequency instruments.

Requirements

  • PhD or master students majoring in Microelectronics;
  • Solid understanding in analog/RF circuit design in CMOS technology;
  • Familiarity with EM simulators, such as HFSS/Peakview/EMX;
  • Familiarity with high frequency measurement instruments, such as VNA/Spectrum Analyzer/Probe Stations;
  • Basic IC layout skill is a must;
  • High frequency chip production experience will be an asset.
  • At least 3 days a week for 6 months or longer.

SoC Verification Intern

Responsibilities

  • Writing verification-related documents based on design manual and product definitions;
  • Architecting IP verification environments and transplanting SoC environments;
  • Analyzing coverage and completing verification closure;
  • Doing pre- and post-synthesis simulation of IP modules and bug tracking;
  • Supporting FPGA verification and chip testing.

Requirements

  • PhD or master students majoring in Communications Engineering, Electronics or Microelectronics;
  • Solid basic knowledge of digital circuits;
  • Knowledge of ASIC design process;
  • Familiarity with Verilog and SystemVerilog;
  • Familiarity with Linux and EDA preferred;
  • Familiarity with Python and Perl preferred;
  • Familiarity with UVM preferred;
  • At least 3 days a week for 6 months or longer.

SoC Digital Circuits Design Intern

Responsibilities

  • According to SoC chips’ specifications, completing IP modules with regard to:
  1. Writing and maintenance of design specifications;
  2. Designing and maintenance of RTL code;
  3. Integration on SoC chips.
  • Functional verification of RTL code;
  • Supporting digital verification, FPGA verification and chip testing.

Requirements

  • PhD or master students majoring in Communications Engineering, Automation Control, Electronics or Microelectronics;
  • Solid basic knowledge of digital circuits;
  • Knowledge of ASIC design process and FPGA design process;
  • Knowledge of wireless communication and radar systems preferred;
  • At least 3 days a week for 6 months or longer.

Radar Digital Circuits Design Intern

Responsibilities

  • Based on C language/Matlab design, completing IP modules of radar baseband with regard to:
  1. Writing and maintenance of design specifications;
  2. RTL code design and functional verification.
  • Optimizing RTL code to meet the requirements of timing closure;
  • Getting to know the functions and performance of Calterah RF/mmWave products, and working with hardware & system team to develop an integral solution for baseband signal processing.

Requirements

  • PhD or master students majoring in Communications Engineering, Electronics or Microelectronics;
  • Solid basic knowledge of digital circuits and digital signal processing;
  • Familiarity with wireless communication and radar systems preferred;
  • At least 3 days a week for 6 months or longer.

HR & Administration Intern

Responsibilities

  • Daily administration of the office:
  1. Promoting and implementing company rules and activities;
  2. Coordinating all services, assistance and communication required by other internal departments;
  3. Maintaining and managing all office facilities and equipment;
  4. Receiving visitors and maintaining shared office environment;
  5. Organizing and engaging employees in benefit or group activities;
  6. Assisting in external liaison.
  • Assisting in HR work:
  1. Handling on-boarding and leave procedures, and attendance check of employees;
  2. Releasing recruitment information and communicating with relevant hiring channels;
  3. Assisting in job interviews;
  4. Updating basic employee information such as the employee list.
  • Others:
  1. Ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors;
  2. Communication within the department;
  3. Cross-department coordination.

Requirements

  • Students majoring in Human Resources or Administration Management;
  • Skilled in MS Office;
  • Outgoing, easy-going, communicative and resilient;

雷达系统工程师

【工作职责】

1.完成雷达信号处理算法的设计、仿真和验证;

2.根据模拟设计和数字设计优化算法,协助完成算法的数字实现;

3.参与雷达系统固件设计。

【岗位要求】

1.通信、电子工程等相关领域在读硕士生、博士生;

2.熟悉数字信号处理;

3.熟练使用C++/Python;

4.了解雷达信号处理;

5.了解嵌入式微处理软件开发;

6.了解RTL设计。

【实习要求】

每周需保证3天以上实习时间,实习期至少6个月。

模拟芯片设计工程师

【工作职责】

1.负责设计和实施CMOS核心收发模块;

2.进行仿真,并参与收发芯片的布局布线和测试工作;

3.能适应团队工作,高效及时的完成工作任务。

【岗位要求】

1.微电子相关领域硕士在读硕士生、博士生;

2.对基础的模拟知识有扎实的理解;

3.在模拟方面有设计经验,如各种数据转换器(ADC/DAC),增益放大器,滤波器,锁相环等

4.具备基本的芯片布局布线能力

5.具备测试调试知识,制定测试计划,设计可测性强的测试方案;

6.使用Matlab、Simulink 或Verilog进行行为建模。

【实习要求】

每周需保证3天以上实习时间,实习期至少6个月。

毫米波芯片设计工程师

【工作职责】

1.为多种传感应用制定和设计毫米波电路,如高级CMOS节点的功率放大器、低噪声放大器、混合器、驱动器、倍频器、电压控制振荡器;

2.高级CMOS节点的被动毫米波设计,包括电感、变压器以及传输线;

3.使用基台和其他高频仪器,进行高精度毫米波电路测量;

【岗位要求】

1.微电子相关领域在读硕士生、博士生;

2.对CMOS工艺的模拟、射频电路设计有扎实的理解;

3.了解EM仿真器,如HFSS/Peakview/EMX;

4.了解高频测量工具,如VNA/Spectrum Analyzer/Probe Stations;

5.具备基本的芯片布局布线能力;

6.有高频段芯片设计生产经验佳。
