Responsibilities
- Designing, simulating and verifying the algorithms for radar signal processing;
- Optimizing algorithms based on analog and digital design and assisting digital actualization of the algorithms;
- Participating in the design of radar system firmware.
Requirements
- PhD or master students majoring in Communications Engineering or Electric Engineering;
- Proficient in digital signal processing;
- Skilled in C++/Python;
- Familiarity with radar signal processing;
- Knowledge of the development of embedded micro-processing software;
- Knowledge of RTL design.

Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing CMOS key transceiver blocks;
- Performing simulation and participating in layout and testing of the transceiver IC;

- Solid experience in analog-related design, such as for various data converters (ADC/DAC), VGA, electric filter and PLL;

Responsibilities
- Architecting and designing mmWave circuits such as PA/LNA/Mixer/Driver/Frequency Multiplier/VCO in advanced CMOS process nodes for various sensing applications;
- Designing and modeling of mmWave passive structures including inductors, transformers, transmission lines in advanced CMOS nodes;
- Performing highly accurate mmWave circuit measurements using probe station and other high frequency instruments.
Requirements
- PhD or master students majoring in Microelectronics;
- Solid understanding in analog/RF circuit design in CMOS technology;
- Familiarity with EM simulators, such as HFSS/Peakview/EMX;
- Familiarity with high frequency measurement instruments, such as VNA/Spectrum Analyzer/Probe Stations;
- Basic IC layout skill is a must;
- High frequency chip production experience will be an asset.

Responsibilities
- Writing verification-related documents based on design manual and product definitions;
- Architecting IP verification environments and transplanting SoC environments;
- Analyzing coverage and completing verification closure;
- Doing pre- and post-synthesis simulation of IP modules and bug tracking;
- Supporting FPGA verification and chip testing.

- According to SoC chips’ specifications, completing IP modules with regard to:
- Writing and maintenance of design specifications;
- Designing and maintenance of RTL code;
- Integration on SoC chips.
- Functional verification of RTL code;
- Supporting digital verification, FPGA verification and chip testing.

Responsibilities
- Based on C language/Matlab design, completing IP modules of radar baseband with regard to:
- Writing and maintenance of design specifications;
- RTL code design and functional verification.
- Optimizing RTL code to meet the requirements of timing closure;
- Getting to know the functions and performance of Calterah RF/mmWave products, and working with hardware & system team to develop an integral solution for baseband signal processing.

2.高级CMOS节点的被动毫米波设计,包括电感、变压器以及传输线;
3.使用基台和其他高频仪器,进行高精度毫米波电路测量;
