【工作职责】
1.充分了解Calterah产品的功能和性能,准备产品应用说明,并对客户的工程团队进行技术培训,了解客户的需求并为他们提供解决方案;
2.能对雷达的系统性问题进行拆解,并能解决常见的射频、算法、生产、软件相关问题;
3.深入了解、驱动及负责项目在客户端的进展;
【岗位要求】
1.电气工程、计算机工程或相关领域的本科以上学历;
2.了解无线通信相关的射频基础知识;
3.熟悉IC数字I/O和调试标准,包括SPI,I2C,UART,PWM,CAN,LVDS;
4.熟悉示波器、电源、频谱分析仪等射频/模拟仪器;
5.对客户提出的需求能有初步判断,并能与研发团队一起实现整体解决方案;
6.射频、嵌入式、雷达相关经验者优先。
Responsibilities
- Fully understanding the functions and performance of Calterah products, preparing product application notes, training customers’ engineering team and providing solutions to meet the needs of customers;
- Being able to break systemic issues into smaller ones and resolve common problems related to RF, algorithms, production and software;
- Having a thorough understanding of and driving customer-end progress of projects.
Requirements
- Majoring in Electric Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields with a Bachelor’s degree or above;
- Basic knowledge of RF in wireless communications;
- Familiarity with IC digital I/Os and their calibration standards, including SPI, I2C, UART, PWM, CAN and LVDS;
- Familiarity with RF/analog instruments such as oscilloscopes, powers and spectrum analyzers;
- Being able to have a preliminary judgement of customers’ requirements and work with R&D team to deliver full-stack solutions;
- Experience in RF, embedded development and radar preferred.
Responsibilities
- Developing algorithms for signal processing of 77-GHz/79-GHz mmWave radar sensors and designing simulation for radar system algorithms;
- Developing algorithms for data processing of 77-GHz/79-GHz mmWave radar sensors to realize target clustering, tracking, recognition and to support ADAS function development;
- Developing algorithms for range, velocity and angle measurement of mmWave radar sensors;
- Processing data from field tests and experiments;
- Designing application scenarios and relevant test cases, and testing algorithms and software for each scenario;
- Writing design documents and securing IPR of algorithms.
Requirements
- Familiarity with FMCW radar signal processing, CFAR target detection, MIMO signal processing, DoA estimation;
- Familiarity with Kalman Filtering, data fusion, target clustering and multi-object tracking;
- Proficiency in mathematics and familiarity with statistical signal processing;
- Majoring in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronic Information Engineering, Applied Mathematics or Artificial Intelligence;
- Skilled in using Matlab, Simulink, Stateflow, or Visual C++ to design, verify and simulate algorithms;
- Being communicative, self-driven and a team player.

1.77GHz/79GHz 毫米波雷达信号处理算法开发,负责雷达系统算法仿真设计;
2.77GHz/79GHz 毫米波雷达数据处理算法开发,负责雷达目标聚类、跟踪、目标识别以及ADAS功能开发算法研发设计;
3.负责毫米波雷达测距、测速和测角等功能算法;
4.负责实测、实验数据的处理;
5.设计应用场景和相关测试用例,并针对各种应用场景对算法和软件进行测试;
6.撰写相应的设计文档,负责算法知识产权工作。

1.熟悉FMCW雷达信号处理理论、CFAR目标检测、MIMO信号处理、DOA方向估计理论;

- Knowledge of the development of embedded micro-processing software;

- Solid experience in analog-related design, such as for various data converters (ADC/DAC), VGA, electric filter and PLL;
- Basic IC layout skill is a must;
- Testing/debugging knowledge to devise test plans and design of high testability;
- Ability to do behavior modelling using Matlab, Simulink or Verilog.

Responsibilities
- Architecting and designing mmWave circuits such as PA/LNA/Mixer/Driver/Frequency Multiplier/VCO in advanced CMOS process nodes for various sensing applications;
- Designing and modeling of mmWave passive structures including inductors, transformers, transmission lines in advanced CMOS nodes;
- Performing highly accurate mmWave circuit measurements using probe station and other high frequency instruments.
Requirements
- Majoring in Microelectronics with a Master’s degree or above;
- Solid understanding in analog/RF circuit design in CMOS technology;
- Familiarity with EM simulators, such as HFSS/Peakview/EMX;
- Familiarity with high frequency measurement instruments, such as VNA/Spectrum Analyzer/Probe Stations;
- Basic IC layout skill is a must;
- High frequency chip production experience will be an asset.
