【Order Confirmation】How can I know my order has been successfully placed?

- If you use Alipay or UnionPay to pay for the order, your payment status will be updated in real time by our system. Once you have made the payment, the order will be automatically confirmed and your order status will become “Processing”, which means your order has been successfully placed. If the payment is yet to be made, your order status will be “Pending payment”.
- If you pay for the order through bank transfer directly, please send the screenshot of your payment as well as your order number to sales@calterah.com after transferring. Our sales specialist will confirm whether the payment has been received in 24 hours. Before confirmation, your order status will be “Processing”. Once your payment has been confirmed as received by the sales specialist, you will be notified through an email while your order status still remains “Processing”.
