【Order Confirmation】How can I know my order has been successfully placed?
If you use Alipay or UnionPay to pay for the order, your payment status will be updated in real time by our system. Once you have made the payment, the order will be automatically confirmed and your order status will become “Processing”, which means your order has been successfully placed. If the payment is yet to be made, your order status will be “Pending payment”.
If you pay for the order through bank transfer directly, please send the screenshot of your payment as well as your order number to sales@calterah.com after transferring. Our sales specialist will confirm whether the payment has been received in 24 hours. Before confirmation, your order status will be “Processing”. Once your payment has been confirmed as received by the sales specialist, you will be notified through an email while your order status still remains “Processing”.

Please go to “My Orders” under “Membership” after signing in and you can view your order status.
【Order Delivery】How long are the fixed delivery periods?
Two weeks for chips. Four weeks for PCBs.
【Order Delivery】How soon will the order be shipped?
After payment, your order will be shipped in 72 hours for products in stock and for products out of stock, the order will be shipped in its corresponding fixed delivery period.
【Order Delivery】Which express company will be used?
All orders will be shipped by SF Express by default.
【Order Delivery】How do I pay for the delivery? Can I get a Fapiao?
The shipping charge will be collected upon receipt. After you receive your order, you could request the Fapiao from the official website of the express company by using the tracking number.
【Fapiao】What if I found the Fapiao requirements I provided were wrong, and would like to make a modification?
If you need to modify the Fapiao requirements, please send your order number and the correct Fapiao requirements for modification to sales@calterah.com. Our sales specialist will contact you.
【Fapiao】When can I get the Fapiao?
The Fapiao will come with your order delivery, so you need to provide accurate Fapiao requirements when placing orders.
【Fapiao】Can I get the Fapiao? What types of Fapiao can you provide?
We can issue regular VAT Fapiao and special VAT Fapiao.
【After-Sales Service】I have already placed the order, and then find that I’ve chosen the wrong part number, what can I do?
You can apply for a refund only if you have made the payment and your order status shows “Processing” rather than “Shipped”. In this case, please send your order number to sales@calterah.com. Our sales specialist will contact you.
