Established in 2014, Calterah Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd has grown into a global leader in designing and developing CMOS single-chip millimeter-wave radar sensors. Proud to have a constellation of experts in RF mmWave circuit design, radar system algorithms engineering, large-scale integrated digital circuit realization, high-frequency antenna design, and mass production operation of automotive-grade chips, Calterah in 2017 mass-produced world’s first CMOS 77/79 GHz mmWave RF front-end radar-on-chip for automotive use, and soon took the lead to break into the automotive original market. As the rapid development of auto driving and advanced driver assistance technologies drives a shift towards the mmWave radar modules that are easier to use and more compact yet with strong performance, we bring about SoC products with radar signal processing baseband, which fully innovate the development and implementation of mmWave radar sensors.
