How to upgrade to enterprise membership and obtain product documents?

Sign a non-disclosure agreement with Calterah. Within its valid date, use your enterprise email (with your company domain name) to register an account on Calterah's official website. Within 3 working days, we will review the registration and upgrade your account to enterprise membership. After the upgrade succeeds, log in to your account to download documents as needed.

Note: If you use a personal email (with domain names of @163, @qq, etc.) to register an account, the upgrade process will not be triggered.

How can I download technical documents, SDKs, and other data of Calterah products on Calterah Online?

Calterah Online provides the latest technical documents, SDKs and tooling, training videos, and other technical support for Calterah chips, making it more convenient and efficient for you to use our products and services.

Downloading Product Data

  1. On Calterah’s official website, from the SoC Products menu, choose your desired <chip family> under the specific <chip platform> (e.g., Alps under Alps Platform).


  2. On the <chip family> page, click a specific <part number> (e.g., CAL77S244-AE on the Alps page). Then, under the part number tab, click “Download Product Data” to enter Calterah Online and get the data you need.


    Optionally, you can also go to Support | Technical Support to enter Calterah Online. Then, click the Product menu to find the product family and part number you’re interested in and get the product data.



  3. The product data covers technical documents, software resources (SDKs, tooling, etc.) and training videos. Take the technical documents for example. In the technical document list, find the document you need by filtering the document type or entering the document title. To download a document, click “Apply to download”.


  4. To download the data you have applied for, go to Personal Center | My Downloads. After the data status changes to “Generated”,  click “Download” to obtain the data.

How can I subscribe to updates of technical documents, SDKs, and other data of Calterah products on Calterah Online?

  1. Log in to Calterah Online with your registered email.

  2. Click the Products menu on top, choose your desired part number from a product family, and click to enter its page.


  3. In the Technical Documents and Resources sections on the page, click the "Subscribe" button to subscribe to an item; click the button again to unsubscribe.


  4. In Personal Center | My Subscriptions, you can manage all your subscriptions.

If I encounter failures when using or testing Calterah chips, who can I reach for assistance?

If you encounter a failure or a defective part, you can directly contact your sales, FAE or CQE for assistance.

After receiving the feedback on failures or a defective part, Calterah will conduct non-destructive analysis on the chip first, such as balling, ATE, appearance inspection, X-ray, ultrasonic scanning, etc. If further analysis is needed, Calterah will carry out destructive analysis on the chip, such as opening the cover, taking the die, locating the failure, de-layering, etc., until the root cause of failure is determined.

To find the causes of failures, Calterah uses the analysis methods of Is-Is-Not, 5W2H, etc. In cause analysis, Calterah uses the analytical methods of Fishbone Diagram, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and 5 Whys to verify the problems found and then formulate and implement effective improvement measures. In the end, Calterah will offer customers 8D reports as feedback.
